PRESS RELEASE from CANNABIS NOIRE

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Sheena Roberson, founder of Cannabis Noire, is proud to announce the first-ever Women of Color Cannabis Business and Wellness Experience: “High-er”, taking place on June 24th and 25th at the StoryFactory and Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

This event is a groundbreaking opportunity for women of color in the cannabis industry to come together, share experiences, and address the specific needs and challenges they face in the industry. The Women of Color Cannabis Business and Wellness Experience provides a space for these women to be seen, heard, and supported as they continue to pave the way for themselves and future generations.

The event is expected to draw a diverse crowd of women from all corners of the industry, including entrepreneurs, growers, activists, and healthcare professionals. Attendees will have access to a variety of workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, with topics ranging from business strategy and branding to wellness and self-care.

The Women of Color Cannabis Business and Wellness Experience will also highlight the countless contributions of women of color to the cannabis industry. The event will feature prominent speakers and panelists, including leading industry experts, entrepreneurs, and activists.

Sheena Roberson, the founder of Cannabis Noire and the host of the event, is a well-respected figure in the cannabis industry, with over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, educator, and advocate. She is passionate about empowering women of color and creating space for their voices to be heard.

"Women of color have played a critical role in shaping the cannabis industry, yet their contributions go unrecognized far too often, we are consistently underinvested, under-estimated, and unsupported only to continuously outperform our counterparts, it’s time we properly acknowledge, support and invest in women of color," said Sheena Roberson. "This event is an opportunity to celebrate their achievements, address the unique challenges they face, and empower them to continue leading the way."

The Women of Color Cannabis Business and Wellness Experience is open to anyone who wants to learn, connect, and support women of color in the cannabis industry. Tickets are available April 20th, and early bird pricing is available until May 31st.
